Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Bethulu Casino and the relationship between the casino and its registered players. By creating an account and using the platform, all players agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Players are encouraged to read this document carefully before registering.

Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

Account Registration

Jurisdiction Restrictions

It is the player’s responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the platform is lawful in their location. Players who access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk and Bethulu accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted using a player’s account credentials is the responsibility of the account holder. If a player suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact support at support@bethulu.org immediately. Bethulu Casino will never ask for a password via email or live chat.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the player’s own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. Bethulu Casino does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. Players must complete the identity verification process before any withdrawal is approved. Bonus Terms

Claiming Bonuses

All bonuses offered by Bethulu Casino are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and validity periods. Players must opt in where required before making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses claimed in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonus funds is 35x. Games contribute differently to wagering: eligible slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10% and most table games contribute 10%. Players must not exceed the maximum bet limit of €5 per spin or hand while bonus funds are active.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from the player’s account without notice. It is the player’s responsibility to monitor the status of active bonuses.

Abuse of Bonuses

Bethulu Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using software to manipulate outcomes, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the Bethulu platform use certified random number generators and are independently audited for fairness. The casino reserves the right to void bets placed on games that are experiencing a technical malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server log and game records maintained by Bethulu constitute the definitive record.

Limitation of Liability

Bethulu Casino is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or service interruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including server failures, internet outages or force majeure events. The casino’s liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.

Amendments to Terms

Governing Law
